Care Packages

Sending care packages to our family in Peru can be very easy if you follow these simple suggestions:

*The best mode we have found is to utiize USPS.  This avoids us having to pay entry taxes for customs.
*Most packages arrive best if they are packed in a USPS box.  USPS offers boxes you can ship for a flat rate for anything in the box.
* Keep the value of your package around $100 or less.  This eliminates any "red flags" through customs.
*The following items should not be mailed in a care package, but if you are a group coming to Peru they can be put in your luggage:  medications, personal hygiene items, makeup
*Packages should be mailed to the following address:
                The Dassow Family
                Casilla 04
                La Molina, Lima 12
                Peru, South America
